Position: Junior Product Developer at Give & Go
Join Give & Go Prepared Foods in Etobicoke as a Junior Product Developer. Collaborate with the Innovation & Marketing team to launch new baked goods and enhance existing ones.

This role demands innovation and creativity in product development, focusing on launching new products and improving current offerings. You will manage shelf-life testing, scale formulations, and oversee production line trials. Your expertise in food science will play a key role in contributing to Give & Go’s identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct shelf-life testing and report findings

• Formulate and scale recipes for production

• Direct plant trials and keep detailed trial records

• Document formula data accurately for production use

• Troubleshoot issues to ensure product success

Requirements:

• College diploma in Food Science or related field

• At least 4 years in Food Manufacturing

• Experience as a Product Developer Assistant

• Red Seal certificate in baking or culinary

• Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
