As an entry-level technician at Carvana, you're expected to have at least 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience. Your main duties will include prepping vehicles for paint, such as sanding and masking, while using state-of-the-art tools. This role includes comprehensive training to help you excel and move up in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sand and prep vehicles for consistent painting
• Tape and bag for protection during paint jobs
• Buff prepared surfaces for optimal results
• Operate production tools effectively and safely
• Adapt to overtime hours based on business needs
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license
• Capable of lifting 60 pounds independently
• Experience working in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in safety equipment usage
• Minimum 6 months automotive prepping experience
