At OSI Electronics, we are seeking an experienced SMT Operator for our PFC Flexible Circuits division. This role emphasizes your expertise in operating and monitoring SMT equipment while ensuring our products meet quality standards. You will engage with pick-and-place systems, stencil printers, and inspection technologies to support effective production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate pick-and-place units while verifying program accuracy

• Set up and run SMT stencil printers with precise specifications

• Manage component feeders and ensure BOM accuracy

• Execute AOI and X-Ray inspections and manage defects

• Maintain solder paste quality and troubleshoot printing issues

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred

• Experience with SMT equipment in manufacturing settings

• Strong attention to detail and defect recognition

• Manual dexterity for delicate handling required

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
