In this position, you will leverage your knowledge in food science or engineering and apply it to optimize production processes and reduce waste. Your task will be to lead troubleshooting initiatives, providing essential training to plant teams for new technologies. Collaborating with research and manufacturing departments, you will help launch new products by enhancing production efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead troubleshooting and optimize manufacturing processes

• Analyze product variations using scientific methods

• Develop and test innovative baking technologies

• Provide training on equipment and processes to production staff

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Engineering

• At least 1 year of R&D experience in the bakery sector

• Exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills

• Ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences

• Availability to travel nationally, around 25%
