Become a Baker Mixer with Give & Go Prepared Foods Corp., a leading manufacturer of baked goods in North America.

Your role will involve mixing ingredients safely and ensuring product quality during the day shift.

As a Baker Mixer, you will operate under the supervision of the Line Leader, focusing on mixing raw materials to create finished products according to batch recipes. This role emphasizes the importance of quality and safety standards, while practicing Good Manufacturing Practices in a temperature-controlled facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain and review batch documentation before mixing

• Prepare and stage ingredients according to recipes

• Operate equipment safely, ensuring cleanliness and inspection

• Monitor product quality and safety specifications

• Enter mix records into the computer accurately

Requirements:

• High school education or equivalent

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Commitment to Food Safety and GMP adherence
