Position: Press Operator for OSI Electronics
Become a Press Operator with OSI Electronics, supporting second shift operations. This role focuses on operating lamination equipment, maintaining quality, and ensuring safety in manufacturing processes.

PFC Flexible Circuits Limited, part of OSI Electronics, seeks a skilled Press Operator for afternoon shifts (4:00 PM to 12:30 AM). You will create material stack-ups and operate pressing equipment, ensuring compliance with strict quality and safety protocols. Training will be provided during the day shift (7:30 AM to 4:00 PM) for 1-2 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create material stack-ups for lamination processes

• Set up and maintain pressing/lamination equipment

• Clean and move pressed panels to subsequent operations

• Document job completion accurately in logbooks

• Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:

• High school diploma desired

• Experience in flexible board industry is a plus

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance

• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
