Join Rocket EMS in Santa Clara, CA as a Manufacturing Engineer focused on PCBA production. This full-time position requires expertise in electronics manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

In this role, you will support and refine the PCBA manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. Utilize your strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in SMT and final inspection to foster collaboration with production, quality, and engineering teams for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are consistently met

• Improve documentation and visual aids for manufacturing processes

• Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve technical challenges

• Analyze defects and root causes for continuous enhancements

• Participate in new product introduction and process validation

Requirements:

• Over 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering

• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and electronics quality standards

• Ability to read technical documents and assembly drawings

• Expertise in creating manufacturing instructions

• Strong skills in data analysis and Excel
