Drive material management at Thales as a Technical Material Expediter in Halifax, Canada. Ensure service delivery continuity by managing material sourcing and availability.

As a Technical Material Expediter, you will generate critical availability schedules and address material shortfalls by coordinating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Update and communicate materials schedule to service leads
• Resolve material shortages through effective collaboration
• Create material demand in Thales systems as needed
• Participate in team meetings and advise on material status
• Complete tasks within set time and cost constraints
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in military or defense roles
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Draw upon ERP systems, ideally MAXIMO
• Strong clerical skills and multi-tasking capabilities
• Open-minded approach to problem-solving
