The OSI Electronics division is hiring an SMT Operator for PFC Flexible Circuits Limited. Your responsibilities will involve operating various SMT equipment, including reflow ovens and inspection tools, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence through precise setup and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up SMT equipment as per guidelines

• Verify and load materials according to BOM

• Conduct quality inspections using AOI and X-Ray

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and document downtimes

• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience with stencil printers and pick-and-place technology

• Excellent attention to detail in detecting defects

• Ability to handle delicate components with care

• Basic data entry skills necessary
