As the Line Lead AOS, you will help shape the success of a small business unit through the execution of lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities include overseeing specific production objectives, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with team members in a unionized setting, leading by example to promote a strong culture of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

• Monitor performance KPIs and implement sustainable solutions

• Oversee daily production planning and resource management

• Facilitate safety and quality investigations with corrective actions

• Support staff development and foster engagement

Requirements:

• Relevant diploma or degree is essential

• Minimum two years in a supervisory role within a union

• Extensive knowledge of lean methodologies required

• Green Belt certification is advantageous

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Power BI
