We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This position will report to Production Supervisor and collaborating with Operations, Engineering and quality staff. In this role, you will participate in the kitting, fabrication, assembly, inspection, and testing of leading-edge Radio Frequency technologies used in multiple markets. Assembly may occur at the module, equipment, rack, or system level, and will require limited through-hole and surface mount soldering.

Familiarity with relevant IPC and ISO manufacturing standards is considered an asset.

• Perform fabrication and sub-assembly builds.
• Use chemicals, adhesives, and compounds to encapsulate and bond parts.
• Assemble cable harnesses, including crimping and soldering connections, rack equipment as required.
• Align parts on jigs using templates and fixtures.
• Perform minor part-fitting operations.
• Measure parts and components against requirements.
• Work from drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, and wiring diagrams.
• Monitor and verify quality; document and report issues; and contribute to corrective actions that support continuous product and process improvement.

• Experience working in an electronic product development and manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift as required.
• Full visual acuity.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of internal stakeholders.
• Must be eligible to apply for, and maintain Canadian Controlled Goods, Industrial Security, and other security clearances as required for company business.

Pay: $46,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
