We are looking for a safety-focused Lead Hand to manage day-to-day activities at the facility. Your responsibilities will include staff coordination, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining high operating standards. You will work closely with management to ensure that both safety and productivity are prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily material processing and safety supervision
• Monitor staff performance and ensure equipment efficiency
• Conduct regular safety briefings and incident reporting
• Liaise with maintenance for equipment upkeep
• Participate in audits and emergency responses as needed
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in relevant fields
• Knowledge of safety protocols in industrial settings
• Excellent organizational and team-building skills
• Basic computer skills for production and reporting
• Valid driver’s license to fulfill operational needs
