As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will engage in a multi-disciplined team environment, contributing to the complete life cycle of systems. Your expertise in IBM Rational DOORS will be crucial, as you create and modify requirement modules, ensuring traceability from inception to release. You'll refine workflows with engineering, software, quality teams, and participate in critical design reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steward IBM Rational DOORS repository and manage requirements

• Ensure full traceability between requirements and design artifacts

• Collaborate on testing strategies with engineering teams

• Conduct design and test plan reviews

• Facilitate system architecture planning and integration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in IBM Rational DOORS

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Capability to work independently and in teams

• Ability to obtain NATO Secret Security clearance
