Cement Plant Production Manager

Lead Brookfield Cement Plant production with accountability for safety, financial performance, and operations ly industrial manufacturing expertise and production leadership.
As Production Manager, you will develop budgets, cost savings, performance plans, and KPI targets. The role supports safe working conditions, operational efficiency, and collaboration among plant, sales, and logistics. You will also promote continuous improvement through agility, collaboration, simplicity, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement health and safety action plans, training, communication, and audits
Drive production components of the PDP process
Set annual budgets aligned with Group objectives
Review monthly financial forecasts and inventory reconciliation accuracy
Collaborate with Sales and Distribution on demand and quality objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
Ten years of industrial manufacturing experience
Five years of progressive management experience
Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP skills
Leadership, communication, negotiation, and change management skills
Bring cement production knowledge, safety leadership, and operational management experience to Amrize’s Brookfield Cement Plant.
