The teamYou’ll join a newly structured Content team of three specialists – a Video Content Manager, a Brand Designer, and you – reporting to the Head of Content within Marketing, part of our Revenue department. It’s a cross‑functional setup where brand and revenue move together: you’ll partner closely with GTM, Sales, Rev Ops, and Customer Success, and collaborate with external contractors.
The roleThis is a brand‑new role in a brand‑new team. Agorapulse is rebuilding its content capacity around three crafts – written content, video, and design – and you’ll own the written craft from the ground up. Your mission: build a reliable content engine that demonstrates to our audience exactly what we advise them to do – be strategic, be tech‑savvy, be creative.
Strong writing matters here, but coordination and project management matter even more.
Write a wide range of English‑language content – blog posts, eBooks, lead magnets, webinars, social and Thought Leadership posts – in Agorapulse’s warm, distinctive voice.
Ground every piece in real audience insight by listening to sales and customer calls and meeting revenue teams regularly.
Coordinate multiple content projects across GTM, Sales, Design, Video, and external contractors, keeping deadlines and objectives on track.
Run the team’s social media operations: create and schedule posts, track the team’s output, engage with our community, and analyze performance.
Refresh blog content with GEO in mind, so it’s built for how audiences discover content today – including AI‑powered search.
Use AI writing and production tools with judgment, knowing where they help and where human taste must lead.
A proven B2B writer who can bring warmth and personality to any topic, even product features.
A natural coordinator, comfortable juggling several projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in both editorial and commercial language – brand voice and ICP reach in the same breath.
Confident with AI tools, project management principles, CMS, social platforms, and analytics.
Native English;
French is a plus.
