In this remote role, you'll be responsible for expanding the affiliate ecosystem, primarily targeting Tik Tok Shop's dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement an affiliate marketing strategy
• Identify and onboard top affiliate partners and creators
• Manage relationships with influencers to drive performance
• Use analytics to track affiliate results
• Develop effective campaigns that motivate partnership engagement
Requirements:
• 4+ years in affiliate marketing and influencer relations
• Experience with e-commerce partnerships
• Understanding of Tik Tok’s commerce landscape
• Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making
• Strong communication and relationship skills
