Lead the Growth function at Right Metric, focused on revenue generation and market expansion. This full-time, remote role involves strategic ownership across growth marketing and analytics.

As the Head of Growth, you will drive demand creation, oversee sales cycles, and develop strategic partnerships. Your director-level experience in managing client relationships and go-to-market strategies will be essential for success. Leveraging your expertise, you will ensure that Right Metric continues to deepen relationships with its clients like Red Bull and lululemon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own growth strategy and revenue targets

• Lead sales cycle from prospecting to closing

• Identify strategic partnerships and new opportunities

• Oversee go-to-market strategy execution

• Develop campaigns driving demand and revenue

Requirements:

• 5+ years in growth marketing or related field

• Experience with mid-market and enterprise clients

• Proven account management skills

• Background in marketing at agencies or consultancies

• Strong communicator with a senior network
