Job Description & How to Apply Below
The Opportunity
Dash Social is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to run our paid media programs day-to-day. This is a hands-on role: you will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Linked In, Meta, Bing, and other emerging channels, and own the performance of those channels against demo and pipeline targets.

You will work directly with the Director of Performance Marketing to execute our paid strategy, and partner with Brand, Content, and Product Marketing to bring the right message to the right audience at the right stage. You will spend most of your time in the ad platforms - structuring campaigns, testing creative and copy, pacing budgets, and digging into performance data to find the next win.

You will be measured on cost per demo and pipeline generated, not clicks.

Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on, in-platform B2B paid media experience - you have personally built and managed campaigns in Google Ads and Linked In Campaign Manager

Experience owning a meaningful monthly paid budget ($50K+/month) with accountability to CPL, cost-per-demo, or pipeline targets

Working knowledge of conversion tracking:
Google Tag Manager, UTM discipline, offline conversion imports, and pixel/CAPI setup - you can spot when tracking is broken

Comfortable in Hub Spot (or a similar marketing automation platform) for campaign reporting and lead-flow troubleshooting

Experience running structured creative, copy, and landing page tests - and killing losers fast

Data-first mindset: you can pull your own reports, extract actionable insights, and make confident optimization decisions

Clear written and verbal communicator - you can explain what happened, why, and what you are doing about it

Responsibilities
Campaign Management

Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Linked In, Meta, Bing, and emerging channels

Pace budgets daily and weekly, and optimize bids, audiences, and keywords against cost-per-demo and pipeline goals

Maintain campaign hygiene: negative keyword lists, audience exclusions, account structure, and naming conventions

Ensure campaigns are aligned to our ICP, buying stages, and revenue impact

Creative and Landing Page Testing

Run a continuous testing program across ad creative, copy, formats, and landing pages

Partner with Brand and Content to brief and iterate on ad creative that converts

Monitor creative fatigue and refresh ads before performance decay

Tracking and Reporting

Maintain tracking hygiene across platforms: UTMs, conversion events, and CRM lead flow

Deliver clear weekly and monthly reporting on spend, demos, and pipeline by channel and campaign

Flag tracking or data-quality issues early and work with the Director and Rev Ops to resolve them

Experimentation

Propose and run tests on new audiences, ad formats, and channels

Bring a point of view: come to the table with hypotheses backed by data, and scale what works
