Co-op in Marketing and Communications

Gain valuable marketing experience with Nova Scotia Power's Corporate Communications team in Halifax. As a Winter 2027 co-op, you'll shape campaigns, engage audiences, and develop content skills.

This full-time, temporary position is ideal for students enrolled in relevant programs such as Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media. You will assist with planning and executing campaigns while collaborating with experienced professionals. Your contributions will play a crucial role in community engagement and internal communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support marketing campaign execution and communications projects

• Manage external email campaigns using Mailchimp

• Assist with web initiatives for

• Develop content for newsletters and internal communications

• Participate in community events as Nova Scotia Power's representative

Requirements:

• Enrolled in a degree or diploma program in a related field

• Experience in marketing or communications through coursework or internships

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with content management systems and digital platforms

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
