Own paid media strategy remotely from Canada, South Africa, or the USA, using Google Ads and Meta to grow B2B client accounts.
As Paid Social Media Manager at Blacksmith Agency, you manage paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You make budget calls, shape targeting, and explain performance narratives. Your scope stays focused on paid media, while SEO has a separate strategist.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, and Microsoft Ads
- Allocate budgets, optimize bids, target audiences, and test creative
- Use GA4, tag manager, and platform pixels for tracking
- Build quarterly and 90 day client roadmaps
- Drive retention, upsell, and long-term account relationships
- Three or more years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta
- Campaign building, management, and optimization experience
- Record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
- Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
