As an Associate-level Proposal Strategy & Content Manager, you will shape high-value pursuits through writing, editing, and technical collaboration. You will partner with Submission Managers and technical teams while managing content libraries, proposal standards, and process improvements. The work combines client-focused messaging with practice-wide quality control.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead narrative content for strategic and high-value proposals
- Translate technical strategies into compelling client-focused messaging
- Tailor CVs, bios, and representative projects
- Maintain proposal content libraries and best practices
- Champion AI-assisted tools and workflow improvements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum three-plus years in proposal writing or coordination
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace proficiency
- Strong organization across multiple priorities and deadlines
