Corporate Communications Manager KPMG

Shape strategic communications for KPMG’s Quality & Risk Management team through expert writing and leadership advising in a hybrid environment.
As an experienced Communication Manager, you will support the Canadian Managing Partner and manage internal and external communications plans. You will develop modern communications strategies, connect people with business vision, and align messaging with firm values. The role requires corporate communications experience, project management, and creative audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic content and communication plans for department priorities
Advise leadership on internal and external communications
Support change management through clear communication approaches
Coordinate consistent messaging across national and local teams
Oversee content calendars and coordinated storytelling across channels
Requirements:
Post-secondary education in communications, journalism, or related discipline
Five or more years of corporate communications management experience
Expert writing, communications, project management, and analysis skills
Experience in regulated industries or professional services
Written and oral fluency in English
