As an Associate-level Proposal Strategy & Content Manager, you will shape high-value pursuits through writing, editing, and technical collaboration. You will partner with Submission Managers and technical teams while managing content libraries, proposal standards, and process improvements. The work combines client-focused messaging with practice-wide quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead narrative content for strategic and high-value proposals
Translate technical strategies into compelling client-focused messaging
Tailor CVs, bios, and representative projects
Maintain proposal content libraries and best practices
Champion AI-assisted tools and workflow improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Minimum three-plus years in proposal writing or coordination
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace proficiency
Strong organization across multiple priorities and deadlines
