Lead enterprise marketing strategy remotely across Canada using first-party data and analytics to connect business objectives with measurable outcomes.
As Strategic Account Director, you will guide strategic account leadership across sales, customer success, data, and analytics teams. You will develop roadmaps, interpret marketing intelligence, and strengthen campaign performance. The work centers on trusted client relationships, audience intelligence, personalization, and actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Align sales, customer success, data, and analytics teams
- Bridge presales planning with post-sales delivery
- Develop roadmaps tied to marketing goals and outcomes
- Analyze trends and opportunities from marketing intelligence platforms
- Present performance narratives and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
- At least 8 years in strategic account management or marketing strategy
- Expertise using first-party data for marketing insights
- Understanding of digital, media, and traditional channels
- Experience with paid digital media
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline
