Lead North America demand generation at Flywheel, using multi-channel campaigns and analytics to drive qualified pipeline across digital commerce markets.
As Director of Demand Generation, you will own integrated programs across Flywheel and Perpetua. The work spans account-based marketing, strategic sales enablement, and measurable pipeline development. You will guide campaigns from awareness through revenue while partnering across Sales and Growth Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:- Build North America demand generation strategy and measurable pipeline impact
- Optimize paid search, social, Linked In, SEO, email, and webinars
- Develop account-based strategies, sales plays, and enablement content
- Establish full-funnel KPIs and identify campaign bottlenecks
- Lead and coach demand generation team members
- 8+ years of B2B demand generation or revenue marketing experience
- 3+ years leading teams
- Proven success driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel programs
- Experience with ABM, Hub Spot, Salesforce, and analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
