Carecor Health Services is searching for passionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses to join our dedicated team across various facilities in Halifax Regional Municipality. In this role, you will provide essential care under the supervision of registered nurses, helping to create an optimal healing environment for all patients during full shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer nursing care in compliance with facility protocols
• Support patients through medical/surgical procedures
• Complete accurate nursing documentation
• Work alongside healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements:
• Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma with current licensing
• At least 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Proof of required immunizations and medical competencies
• Current BCLS-HCP certification essential
• Background checks must be completed pre-hire
