This role demands a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and 3-5 years of experience in acute settings. As a Bilingual Registered Nurse, you will perform comprehensive assessments, implement individualized care plans, and ensure safe administration of treatments. Your ability to communicate effectively with patients and families in both languages will be fundamental.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed patient assessments in all areas
• Develop and implement customized care strategies
• Administer medications while ensuring safety protocols
• Recognize patient deterioration signs and escalate as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary care coordination
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required
• Minimum of 3-5 years nursing experience in acute care
• Valid Canadian RN license or eligibility preferred
• Bilingual in English and French, both written and verbal
