In this role with Carecor, you will enhance patient care experiences as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Working under the guidance of experienced nurses, you will follow Carecor and Nova Scotia healthcare standards, ensuring every patient’s well-being during your full shifts in various facilities. Your nursing expertise will play a critical role in maintaining patient comfort and health in dynamic care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute nursing care following Nova Scotia College of Nursing standards
• Promote optimal health outcomes for patients
• Work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective care
• Perform medical tasks and document patient interactions
• Keep accurate and updated care records
Requirements:
• Diploma in Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN)
• Valid LPN license in Nova Scotia
• 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Proof of competency in medical and surgical skills
• Up-to-date health immunizations and testing records
