As a Registered Nurse, you will engage in scheduled visits across the community to cater to diverse patient needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct community visits to assess and address patient needs
• Provide safe and ethical nursing care within your scope
• Continuously evaluate and adjust patient care plans
• Foster trust and collaboration with patients
• Keep accurate records of all patient interactions
Requirements:
• Valid NSCN registration as a Registered Nurse
• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Community care experience is an asset
• Must be reliable and flexible
• Committed to on-call duties for patient support
