- Assess, plan and evaluate resident care
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to team members
- Support care plan development and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Serve as a resource for residents, families and colleagues
- Administer medications and treatments within RN scope
- Promote safe, high-quality, person-centered care

Current LPN team members who:
- Have completed or are completing their RN program
- Will be eligible for RN registration in Nova Scotia
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills, communication and resident-focused care
- Are open to flexible scheduling (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
- Additional training in areas such as dementia care, foot care, palliative care, or venipuncture is considered an asset but not required.
