We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver quality care in a private senior home setting. You will focus on health education, disease prevention, and provide necessary interventions. Your expertise will support a collaborative team and enhance the well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as per policies
• Assess wounds and establish treatment plans
• Supervise LPNs and compassionate care assistants
• Monitor changes in patients' conditions and document findings
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Licensed or eligible with the NSCN
• Minimum of 3 years of RN experience
• Familiarity with community home care preferred
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
