Position: Sentara Health LPN Float Position

As a Float LPN, you'll deliver high-quality patient care, assist with medication administration, and manage a variety of clinical tasks.

Your role will support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring effective treatment and communication within the healthcare framework. Upholding the standards of nursing practice is critical as you interact directly with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute basic nursing and patient care practices

• Collaborate with RNs and team members effectively

• Provide education to patients and their families

• Implement nursing interventions and care plans

• Monitor and report patient progress and needs

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in Virginia

• Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days

• Diploma or Trade School education in LPN

• Preferred clinical experience in healthcare settings

• Strong attention to detail in patient management
