We are seeking a dedicated LPN with current registration from the Nova Scotia College of Nursing.
Your role includes administering medications, supervising staff, and communicating effectively with residents and families. A professional attitude and experience with seniors are essential to thrive in this position while you respond to emergencies with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out daily tasks as per NSCN standards
• Document resident information accurately in Point Click Care
• Administer medications per care plans and MAR
• Supervise staff during shifts as needed
• Communicate with families for optimal care plan development
Requirements:
• Valid LPN/RPN license in Nova Scotia
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with senior populations is an asset
