Nursing Officers are integral in responding to healthcare needs during operations and emergencies, receiving specialized training that advances their expertise and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to CAF members
• Engage in health policy development and implementation
• Collaborate during emergencies and evacuations
• Facilitate training and education within military health services
• Support operations both domestically and internationally
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Canadian Nursing license
• Complete Basic Military Officer Qualification
• Willingness to undergo field training
• Experience in specialized nursing areas desired
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
