Drumlin Plasma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to enhance our plasma collection center. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in medical settings like emergency care. The role involves working during the week and some Saturdays while guiding medical procedures and donor education for optimal donor experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide medical procedures for donor screening and phlebotomy staff

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of plasma donors

• Educate donors on maintaining a healthy diet

• Counsel donors about the plasmapheresis process and consent

• Provide necessary medical aid during donor reactions

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Nova Scotia

• Minimum of two years of nursing experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Familiarity with GMP procedures

• Preferred experience in plasmapheresis
