Key Responsibilities:

• Manage float staffing resources for nursing gaps

• Oversee daily nursing operations and compliance audits

• Coordinate care delivery with internal and contracted providers

• Ensure equipment and supply maintenance at sites

• Supervise nursing staff across MA, LVN, and RN levels

Requirements:

• Active RN license in California with Bachelor’s Degree

• 7+ years nursing experience with 3-5 years in management

• Experience with elderly populations and healthcare regulations

• Valid BLS certification or higher

• Collaborative team experience across disciplines
