Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients with gastroenterology issues
• Obtain histories and perform physical exams
• Order diagnostic studies and lab tests as needed
• Administer and prescribe medications as prescribed
• Facilitate inpatient and outpatient care coordination
Requirements:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing required
• Graduate from accredited NP program
• Current RN and NP state licenses needed
• BLS certification required
• Experience in gastroenterology is a plus
