In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Director to oversee all clinical adjunct faculty and evaluate clinical sites within the Concordia University Irvine Accelerated BSN program. Your expertise is essential for ensuring alignment between clinical experiences and academic goals while addressing any personnel issues that may arise. Additionally, you’ll provide mentorship to adjunct faculty and verify compliance for students and faculty alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, select, and monitor clinical adjunct faculty

• Align clinical experiences with course outcomes

• Resolve clinical personnel issues effectively

• Coordinate orientation and training for clinical faculty

• Monitor clinical attendance and manage make-up sessions

Requirements:

• BSN required, MSN preferred

• Unencumbered California RN License

• Two years of teaching experience required

• Strong communication skills with diverse learners

• Team-oriented with self-directed, innovative approach
