Carecor is welcoming dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in various medical/surgical units across Halifax Regional Municipality. Working full shifts, you'll follow the guidelines of the Nova Scotia College of Nursing to ensure patient care excellence.

Your role holds significant importance in promoting physical and emotional health among patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in line with established standards

• Support medical/surgical procedures and patient transitions

• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal outcomes

• Ensure patient safety through proper immunizations and assessments

• Document patient care accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Valid LPN Diploma and licensure in Nova Scotia

• Minimum of two years in acute/long-term care

• Evidence of nursing competencies and experience

• Immunization proof along with a recent TB test

• Certifications in BCLS and N95 Mask Fit Test
