Discover an enriching role as a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with HERO CARE in Northern Ontario. This travel contract offers competitive compensation at $130/hour and multiple advantages for successful candidates.
Immediate start available for up to 6 months, with a potential extension. We're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner, featuring a valid Registered Nurse Extended Class License and familiarity with high-pressure clinic settings. Your proficiency in multitasking will be critical to ensure effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accept clinical responsibility for patient care
• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose accurately
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary health care teams
• Lead staff direction and performance management
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse Extended Class License
• Current CPR and ACLS certification required
• Two years recent experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience in supervisory roles is a plus
• Must obtain specific certifications within 6 months
