Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you’ll be responsible for providing and coordinating care tailored to individual residents’ needs. Collaboration with other departments is crucial in delivering effective nursing services. Candidates should have a degree in nursing and substantial experience in geriatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized nursing care to facility residents
• Implement care plans in cooperation with nursing staff
• Support medication administration and documentation processes
• Collaborate with various departments for optimal care
• Enable effective management of nursing department operations
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Preferred baccalaureate degree in nursing
• Three years of nursing experience
• At least one year in a geriatric setting
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
