Position: LPN Position with Shannex

You will join our London Hall Enhanced Care team to deliver individualized nursing care based on our residents' needs. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, patient assessments, and collaborative care planning. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct head-to-toe assessments and document findings

• Administer prescribed medications accurately

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities

• Facilitate communication among healthcare teams

• Mentor and lead healthcare staff as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Practical Nursing Program

• Current provincial registration as an LPN

• Valid CPR and First Aid Certification

• Experience in senior care settings preferred

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including night hours
