Mission Healthcare is looking for a dedicated RN to provide high-quality assessments and care for patients on weekends. In this role, the nurse will work collaboratively with patients and families to create individualized care plans while addressing discharge needs. Candidates must have at least one year of acute care experience to qualify.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed assessments of patients and their needs
• Develop individualized care plans with patient involvement
• Identify and manage discharge planning for patients
• Document health histories and assessments thoroughly
• Counsel patients and families on health-related concerns
Requirements:
• Current RN license in California
• At least one year of recent acute care experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Valid driver's license and insurance needed

Preferred education:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
