As a Registered Nurse, you will provide care in various settings, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to assess health statuses and develop tailored care plans. Your responsibilities will include administering medications and treatments, accurately documenting client progress, and educating families on health promotion. Responding to emergencies will also be a crucial part of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client health status and create individualized care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and wound care effectively
• Document nursing interventions using electronic health records
• Educate clients and families on health promotion strategies
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid
Requirements:
• RN license from an accredited nursing school
• Current CPR certification required
• Clear criminal background check and TB test
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle needed
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
