Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to residents’ needs
• Foster strong relationships with residents and families
• Collaborate with Health Care Providers for holistic wellness
• Conduct assessments and engage in proactive care
• Support the creation of personalized wellness plans
Requirements:
• Completion of an approved Practical Nursing program
• Registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certification
• Effective communication skills with residents and team
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living is an asset
