In this casual, permanent role, the Registered Nurse will perform evidence-based nursing with a focus on client-centered care. You'll conduct assessments, develop and implement tailored care plans, and provide health education across various client demographics. The role demands adherence to the standards of the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan while working in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client assessments to identify needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Deliver health education to clients and families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Document and maintain accurate patient records
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Nursing
• Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Decision-making and critical thinking capabilities
• Knowledge of Infection Prevention and Control standards
