Join Care Partners as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse dedicated to delivering quality patient care. This position allows you to work directly with patients, develop comprehensive care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. You'll have the opportunity to practice within your full nursing scope while benefiting from a supportive culture and ongoing education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain effective Care Plans
• Deliver nursing services both in-person and virtually
• Provide care in homes, schools, and clinics
• Communicate with patients and care team members
• Perform additional clinical duties as needed
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in nursing (RN or RPN)
• Current CNO registration in good standing
• Valid driver's license for travel
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• CPR Certification and current immunization record
