This role at Humber River Health involves direct patient care within an inter-professional team focused on respiratory health. You will coordinate care plans and utilize computerized systems for efficient documentation. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care for ventilated and acutely ill respiratory patients
• Collaborate with Respiratory Therapists for optimal patient outcomes
• Assess, plan, and coordinate care with diverse team members
• Utilize computerized documentation systems efficiently
• Precept nursing students and new staff members
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BCLS certification or agreement to obtain within three months
• Two years of acute medical/surgical experience preferred
• Commitment to specialized training in Respiratory nursing
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills required
