Nurse Practitioner - Long Term Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Nurse Practitioner scope of care in LTC

• Work with teams to identify and overcome healthcare barriers

• Conduct training to improve LTC staff competencies

• Use evidence-based guidelines in clinical decision-making

• Communicate effectively between healthcare facilities

Requirements:

• Master in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner required

• Active NP registration in Ontario

• 1-3 years of NP experience needed

• Familiarity with the LTC sector preferred

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
