In this dynamic role at Sienna Senior Living, you will lead a clinical team to ensure comprehensive support for residents. You will be responsible for assessing care needs, monitoring quality indicators, and managing staff for optimal performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop care service plans based on resident assessments

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse with at least three years of related experience
• Excellent management skills and track record of results
